Textile Traditions
My business partner, Sue, and I own a quilt/fabric shop called Textile Traditions in Weaverville, California. We teach classes, host the Thursday Night Strippers Quilt Guild on Thursday nights, attend quilt shows and classes, and just have a great time with our many friends and supporters.
Sue just finished a small quilt top showcasing Laurel Burch's Fanciful Felines fabrics and I put together another small top using the new fabrics that arrived yesterday, featuring cowboy kids.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Quilting Classes
Christmas Day 2007
So, this is my first post to my brand spanking new blog spot. I am a 51 year old woman who's daughters have to help her with most things electronic. This afternoon I made chili rellanos casserole. Here is the picture . . . . and the recipe is:
- 5 eggs
- About 1 cup milk (who measures?)
- Some seasoning salt (how much do you like?)
- One 7 oz. can of diced green chiles
- A dash of red pepper flakes
- Cayenne pepper
